A caterpillar is bound to earthly things, unable to get from one place to another without being attached to someone or something -- whether the ground, tree or other objects -- until he goes through the painful metamorphosis process, which transforms him into a new creation, separating him from what was to what is to be.
What a picture God has given us from nature. It is interesting that the ancient Greek word for butterfly is psyche, meaning the very life of the soul. The caterpillar’s transformation is a symbolic picture of the miracle work of Christ in transforming a lost soul into a vibrant believer who sees the world from a very different perspective, God’s perspective.
Passion is what energizes life. It turns the impossible into possible. In fact, if you don’t have any passion in your life, you become boring, dull, routine, and monotonous.
- Elder Paula Inniss
What has you bound? It is pride, fear, rebellion, deception, rejection, bitterness, offense, or stress. There are so many more that the list is exhaustive. What wall have you erected between you and God? What areas in your life are you defending against God?
Do you feel free in your mind, body, and spirit? Can you identify what freedom really means to you? Are you walking in your purpose?
Fresh Encounters will help you answer these and many more questions - To be who God created you to be, empowered and awakened to your true potential.
Fresh Encounters is one tool given to the church to assist us in joining with Christ to "proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed and obtain the year of the Lord's favor."
(Luke 4:18-19 NIV)
Fresh Encounters helps us understand that we were not designed to be led by our souls. God created us to be led by His Spirit—to have fellowship with Him. As fallen people, we are constantly pulled by our soul's desires.
This workshop will address:
Simply put, our mission is to show the signs that follow those who believe in Jesus.
"And those who believe shall use my authority to cast out demons, and they shall speak with new languages. They will even be able to handle snakes safely, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won't hurt them, and they will be able to place their hands on the sick and heal them."
Mark 16:17-18 TLB
We want you to understand that the sins of our parents create a predisposition or propensity, NOT a destiny! You are responsible for your own choices. This program will help you understand what it really means to be liberated and set free from the things that try to keep you from moving forward in life, healing from past hurts, and the kind of thoughts that keep you from righteousness, peace, and joy in your everyday life.
"Anointing Oil can truly make a difference in people's lives, and nothing embodies this more than the oil Paula Inniss prayed over. My husband was in severe pain in his neck, and she had mentioned that she had some anointing oil. He did not think that it would work but agreed to let me put it on him.
The Miracle happened within minutes. He was scheduled for surgery within weeks, and it was canceled because the pain totally subsided. I'm so thankful that God used her in a mighty way to impact our lives."
"This meeting was ordained by God, and the experience was much more than I expected."
“This class teaches the difference between the soul and spirit and our ability to think and choose.”
"After learning more about these areas and how they affect people, the process began in a class for rooting out the spirits of offense and rejection, which really helped me move into forgiveness."
"I didn't know how bitter and rebellious I was until I wrote it down..."
"This class has saved my life; I've had chains drop off that I've been bound with for years. I've been delivered from things that have hurt me to my core. I thank God for you all..."
"The interactive piece is a great aspect. It brings the message to life."
When I first inquired about the class, I wasn’t sure if I was going to attend. I really just wanted to learn more about Fresh Encounters and did not feel as if I needed to go through the process.
When I asked again, the class had just started, and the next session was about rejection. When you told me the topic, my initial thought was, “I don’t have that issue,” and I felt I was going to be out of place. You encouraged me to come to at least one class to see if I liked it; I said okay, but I was still not sure.
Later on that evening, God actually let me know I did have an issue with rejection and reminded me of where it started. I then decided to attend the class and continued to attend after the initial class. I not only learned a lot about deliverance in class, but I also learned a lot about myself. My husband and I had some serious trials, and although I felt my marriage had been restored, I still had occasional issues and doubts about my husband.
I always felt like it was his fault that I felt this way, but I learned that it was me; I had not really moved fully into forgiveness, which was really due to the offense and rejection that occurred after certain decisions/actions he made. After learning more about these areas and how they affect people, the process began in class to root out the spirits of offense and rejection, which really helped me move into forgiveness.
Although certain other areas of our marriage aren’t perfect, I really feel restored in my heart towards my husband; I really appreciate and love him the way a wife should love her husband, which was an issue for a long time. I am now aware of strongholds and how they can have such a negative impact on your mental and spiritual well-being.
Like me, many people aren't even aware of these issues and how they affect your everyday life, your relationship with God, your relationship with people, etc., so I pray that this ministry continues to grow, and many people will not only discover the presence of God but how to totally submit to his presence.
I pray that people will seek guidance through the deliverance ministry.
